We have a new friend who owns a condo  (ISLAND ROYALE, unit 1103) on 809 W BEACH BOULEVARD.  During the growth of our friendship, we encouraged Jerry to modify his condo so that he could attract clients with limited mobility. He thought it was a good idea. The renovations are now complete  and we are glad to recommend Jerry's Place.
